As we scale across the UK and European markets, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Representative to lead business development and drive adoption across high-opportunity sectors.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of success in B2B solution sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a pioneering product range in a rapidly growing industry, across key sectors.

You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals across sectors such as construction, automotive, transport, breakdown recovery, and motor fleet management.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of Oomph EV’s mobile and tethered DC EV charging products

• Identify and engage potential clients across target industries

• Deliver compelling product presentations/demo's and proposals

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting

• Provide customer feedback to inform product development

 

Requirements

• 5+ years of over-performing in B2B sales roles

• Strong background in solution or consultative sales

• Ideally experienced in:

✓ Construction

✓ Automotive

✓ Vehicle recovery

✓ Fleet management

✓ Transport

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about EV technology to help drive a Net Zero future.
